Welcome to The Butterfly Lab! We raise beautiful, healthy butterflies and silk moths according to best practices. Our butterflies are available for you to release yourself or to help educate and inspire others. Whether you are a teacher raising monarchs in the classroom or an event planner organizing an unforgettable butterfly release or display, we can help!

Based in the foothills of Northern California, we help contribute to habitat by planting milkweed and other host plants and encouraging others to do the same. Butterflies can be a great educational tool, helping people learn about our ecosystem while connecting with each other and our communities.
